Pre-Selection
After about a week you get your first round of feedback. We decide on a date for a personal interview with you and the respective department.
The Job-Interview
Either in form of a (online) meeting or a work samples, you can convince us with your skills and experience – the process varies for specific positions and departments. Also get to know your future work-space as well as the team you’ll be working with.
Selection procedure
After your interview, we will consult, you will be invited for a second interview if necessary or we will make a final selection right away
On your Welcome Day, you will get to know the different areas of the company. Congratulations, you are now a full member of the HAI family.
